Charity Stashwick grew up a child of nature in Mount Desert Island, Maine. Raised on a steady diet of fresh air and fantasy fiction. Life took her to North Africa for four years, filling her head with adventures. Upon returning to the states she was accepted into the prestigious NYU Tisch school of Arts where she pursued her degree in creative writing. A busy mother of two and a current SCBWI member, she continues to create works of fiction, from novels and graphic novels to screenplays. She resides in Los Angeles with her actor/writer husband and children, surrounded by many pets, many plants and many sharpened number two pencils.
